BPCA Coaching Qualifications

BPCA Padel Coach Qualifications provide the training, and good practice standards necessary for the delivery and management of Padel, and the tuition of padel tactics and techniques.   

BPCA  qualifications guarantee correct standards of both play and coaching ability.

The BPCA Padel Coach Qualification courses include:

  • Annual BPCA/BTCA  Membership
  • Full UK Coaching Insurance liability Cover. 

PRE-REQUISITES FOR ACCEPTANCE & APPROVAL:
  • Be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Have a suitable playing ability for the level of qualification they have applied for (assessed during the course by the BPCA coach tutor).
It is also a requirement that once qualified coaches obtain, Emergency First Aid Certification and full DBS clearance.

BPCA Level One (PADEL TRAINER)
  • One day course 
  • The student will need to have a good playing standard in either Padel, Tennis, or Squash.
  • Coaches will learn how to introduce Padel at their facility. Gain an understanding of the game of Padel and its differences to other racket sports. Present the sport of Padel and teach basic technical and tactical skills of the game to newcomers. Learn the essential drills and skills needed to help grow the sport of Padel.
  • Fee = £150

BPCA Level Two (PADEL INSTRUCTOR)

  • Two day course 
  • The student will need to have developed a good level of understanding of the game of Padel. 
  • This course will enable the student to coach a variety of different sessions to a high standard. There will be more emphasis on technique and the art of delivering a high class coaching session. More emphasis will be placed on different type of shot selection and more complex live ball drills. To undertake the level 2, you will need to be of a suitable playing standard..
  • Fee = £250

BPCA Level Three (PADEL COACH)

  • Three day course
  • The student will need to have a good level of understanding of the game of Padel and be able to play and demonstrate Padel to a reasonably high standard. 
  • This course is where you take the coaching to the next Level. Here the coach will be able to deliver competently to all levels, using a variety of different techniques. The level of understanding of all areas of the game will need to be high. To undertake this level you must be of a good playing standard and/or have previous extensive experience in racket sports coaching.
